{"id":4213,"date":"2023-01-17T20:52:17","date_gmt":"2023-01-17T23:52:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/smartwork.inf.br\/faq\/?post_type=bwl_kb&#038;p=4213"},"modified":"2023-03-09T17:14:43","modified_gmt":"2023-03-09T20:14:43","slug":"como-realizar-entrada-de-nota-por-xml","status":"publish","type":"bwl_kb","link":"https:\/\/smartwork.inf.br\/faq\/?bwl_kb=como-realizar-entrada-de-nota-por-xml","title":{"rendered":"Como Realizar Entrada de Nota Fiscal por XML"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"font-size:25px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">Com a entrada de nota por XML \u00e9 poss\u00edvel realizar a entrada dos Produtos e o Contas a Pagar de forma automatizada, cadastrando os itens, reajustando pre\u00e7o e cadastrando os fornecedores automaticamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:25px;font-style:normal;font-weight:500\"> Para realizar uma entrada de nota por XML segue o passo a passo a baixo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1-Acesse o menu <strong>&#8220;Estoque&#8221;<\/strong>, procure pela op\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>&#8220;(9) Slip de Entrada de Estoque Cadastro de Produto&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/smartwork.inf.br\/faq\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/xml1.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4310\" width=\"743\" height=\"403\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2- Na tela do Slip de Entrada, pressione <strong>&#8221; F3 &#8220;<\/strong> para abrir o painel de carregar o arquivo XML.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/smartwork.inf.br\/faq\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/xml2.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4311\" width=\"743\" height=\"390\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3- Na tela de Carregamento do XML pressione <strong>&#8221; F2 &#8220;<\/strong> para buscar pelo arquivo do XML.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/smartwork.inf.br\/faq\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/xml3.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4312\" width=\"743\" height=\"391\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4- No menu de arquivo busque pelo seu arquivo XML, para selecionar o arquivo basta clicar sobre o arquivo, e logo em seguida clique no bot\u00e3o &#8221; OK &#8221; para carregar o arquivo XML.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/smartwork.inf.br\/faq\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/xml4.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4313\" width=\"743\" height=\"389\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5-Ap\u00f3s o carregamento do arquivo XML confira se o fornecedor respons\u00e1vel pela nota j\u00e1 esta cadastrado em seu sistema, para verificar basta ver se ele tem o c\u00f3digo interno, caso esteja sem o c\u00f3digo, pressione <strong>&#8221; F5 &#8220;<\/strong> para fazer o <strong>cadastro do fornecedor<\/strong> em seu sistema.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/smartwork.inf.br\/faq\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/xml-6.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4315\" width=\"743\" height=\"404\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"> Caso o fornecedor <strong>n\u00e3o<\/strong> esteja cadastrado, cliquem em <strong>&#8220;Cadastrar Fornecedor [F5] &#8220;<\/strong>, basta <strong>confirmar<\/strong> as <strong>informa\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> teclando com <strong>&#8220;Enter&#8221;<\/strong>, clicar no bot\u00e3o <strong>&#8220;Gravar&#8221;<\/strong> para salvar.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/smartwork.inf.br\/faq\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/xml7-1.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4317\" width=\"743\" height=\"406\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6-Para vincular os produtos da Nota, com os produtos que ja est\u00e3o cadastrados no sistema pressione <strong>&#8220;F2&#8221;<\/strong>, e busque pelo nome ou c\u00f3digo interno do produto.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Obs.: <strong>Importante<\/strong> conferir e certificar se o produto j\u00e1 existe cadastrado no sistema, para que n\u00e3o ocorra <strong>duplicidade<\/strong> de produto ao gravar a Nota.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/smartwork.inf.br\/faq\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/xml8.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4318\" width=\"743\" height=\"402\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Caso um produto tenha puxado o c\u00f3digo interno incorreto, no momento de carregar o XML, para <strong>desvincular<\/strong> o <strong>item incorreto<\/strong>, selecione o produto e pressione <strong>&#8220;F6&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/smartwork.inf.br\/faq\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/xml9.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4320\" width=\"643\" height=\"353\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7-Apos conferir se os produtos est\u00e3o todos corretos, clique em &#8220;Carregar Dados p\/ Nota de Entrada&#8221; ou pressione &#8220;F10&#8221;. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Obs: O Sistema realiza o cadastro autom\u00e1tico de produtos que n\u00e3o tem os c\u00f3digos internos relacionados.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/smartwork.inf.br\/faq\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/xml10.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4321\" width=\"743\" height=\"420\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8-Clique sobre as parcelas e confirme as datas e o valores, teclando ENTER, siga teclando ENTER ate o bot\u00e3o OK.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Obs: Sempre importante verificar as datas das parcelas para n\u00e3o fazer entrada de valores ou datas incorretas no contas a pagar.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/smartwork.inf.br\/faq\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/xml11.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4322\" width=\"743\" height=\"420\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9-O pr\u00f3ximo passo \u00e9 a confer\u00eancia das margens e pre\u00e7o de venda dos produtos, se necess\u00e1rio fa\u00e7a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos valores.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/smartwork.inf.br\/faq\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/xml12-1.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4325\" width=\"743\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Obs.: Com a op\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>&#8220;(8) Atualizar Custo e Pre\u00e7o de Venda dos Produtos&#8221;
